Bill de Belasio’s Announcment

From Bill de Belasio’s Office

Dear Friend,

This weekend, volunteer efforts shifted into high gear. Teams of people like you peeled potatoes at a Flatbush Soup Kitchen, cleaned up debris in Staten Island and brought food and water to the Rockaways. As the temperature drops, we need to do everything we can to help our neighbors in need.

Let’s keep up this momentum. Below are events and donation drives happening in the next few days. We’ve set up a new RSVP system to help us field the thousands of volunteer requests we’re getting every day. Please RSVP under each opportunity below.

One important reminder: another storm is on its way to our area. PLEASE check on your neighbors, especially seniors, to be sure they have household essentials stocked up before the storm.
